Carl Hjelte studied photography at the prestigious International Center of Photography in New York City and is now based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Carl Hjelte´s work spans classical genres including landscape, architecture, portraiture and reportage. While exploring diverse themes and phenomena, his approach always remains intuitive, spontaneous and meticulously focused on the form and composition of the images.
Driven by a profound love for the medium and its expressive possibilities, his vision, curiosity and dedication have resulted in numerous international collaborations and commissioned assignments. Alongside his own personal long-term art projects, he has built a client list that includes:
